“Our first experience was terrific, Melissa did a beautiful job, however our second time there for our 6 month old Havanese was not a good one. Melissa was not there and someone else did the job and not a very good one, very choppy. Very disappointed, would only have Melissa do the grooming and would only recommend it if she does the job”

“I have a 5 month old Old English Sheepdog. Was extremely nervous/anxious leaving him to be groomed and OES have a huge amount of hair!! Was worried how he'd turn out. Seems you always hear the horrow stories and not the great experiences. Fantastic groomery...he came out looking absolutely beautiful and wasn't stressed in the least. We will definately be a once a month customer.”

“I am so happy with Melissa and Courtney, They are both so kind, always accomodating and not only do they make my babies look beautiful, when I board them they take such great care of them. It's so nice that they don't confine them to the crates all the time, they get too play and you can see they are truly loved in their care. Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind. “I have a 12 year old poodle that I have been bringing to the Groomery since she was a puppy! Recently I've been concerned about leaving her to long, so they suggested I have a Zoom Groom! I was the first appointment for the day and they had my dog in and out in an hour! I'm really happy that they take the time out just for my dog so she is stress free and looks fantastic! I really recommend anyone who is worried about leaving there baby to long check out the Zoom Groom special!”
